Welcome to our newest Vintage Collection titled Christmas Cutwork Medallions. There are 8 beautiful cutwork medallions in this collection and each medallion has a different cutwork corner. As an added bonus we re-created all of the cutwork medallions into stitched versions with no cutwork. The stitched designs each have a different corner design as well. There are 2 different sizes of each medallion and the corners have been re-sized and rotated so you don't have to do it! There is a complete tutorial on the following pages that shows you how to create these beautiful designs. We created two different table runners for this collection. We used the cutwork designs and the stitched designs. Both table runners were purchased at a store, this saved a lot of time because we didn't have to construct the project from scratch! You can even use a table runner you already have. We then stitched the designs on high quality linen and applied them to the blank runners.

When we started our company in 2004 Christmas Elegance was among the first few collections we ever designed. Four years have gone past and we are now releasing its sequel Christmas Elegance 2. You are going to love this collection! We designed this collection so that all of the designs fully coordinate. There are beautiful Christmas swirls, an elegant Santa and stunning ornaments and trees. There are also 4 different wreaths that would look great on cocktail napkins or tea towels. These designs look great on both home decor items as well as clothing.

This is our first collection of Christmas designs that are specifically designed and sized for clothing. The designs are light and fashionable and can be used on any type of garment. Of course, they also can be embroidered on quilts or any other item you may want to decorate your home with. The collection consists of three different themes with over a dozen designs in each theme. The first theme is a different take on paisley, which we call snowflake paisley. We embroidered these designs in shades of blue, white and silver for a beautiful tonal effect. The second theme is poinsettias. We created these poinsettias as applique designs and they are stylized to look great on garments. The third theme is a holly ornament. This collection has colorful holly and a gorgeous applique golden ornament.

This is our second collection of Christmas designs that are specifically designed and sized for clothing. The designs are light and fashionable and can be used on any type of garment. Of course, they also can be embroidered on quilts or any other item you may want to decorate your home with. The collection consists of three different themes with over a dozen designs in each theme. The first theme is cardinals perched on branches of holly berries. The project we created for this theme is a classic denim shirt with two large embroideries on the front of the Cardinal designs. Then we embellished the shirt with crystals to add some glitter! The second theme is a Gingerbread man and house. We created the Gingerbread man, a star, bell and gingerbread house as applique designs and they are stylized to look great on garments. Then we created gold swirls with candy, stars, and Christmas lights for more design choices. We embroidered this group of designs on a denim shirt. The third theme is Santa and his reindeer. This design lines up perfectly across a denim shirt as you can see on our sample. This theme also includes small holly leaves and poinsettias that could be added to the collar or sleeve. As you can see, you will find many uses for the Christmas Fashion 2 collection whether you are decorating your garments or your home!

Last year we created two collections that combined embroidery with quilting techniques, Harvest Quilt and Spring Quilt. Those collections combined multiple types of embroidery designs with quilting techniques. The Christmas Quilt collection is slightly different. Each block includes an embroidered element and crazy quilt piecing. This collection has five different themes: a bell, holly, poinsettia, star and Christmas tree. Each of those elements is done three different ways, stitched, applique, and a homespun applique. There are also stitched individual designs that were used to embellish the napkins. We even carried the theme even further by creating some pot-holders to match the placemat and napkins.

This Christmas tree crazy quilt design even comes decked out with Christmas lights! Creating Crazy Quilts on an embroidery machine is such an easy technique! The crazy quilt technique has been popular with quilters for years but if aren't a quilter you have probably never tried this amazing technique. If you are a quilter that embroiders as well.... you can combine both hobbies into this project. There are a multitude of fabrics to choose from so this was a fun way for us to launch this technique. You create a crazy quilt by mixing different fabrics in a patchwork style. There are a few different crazy quilt designs for embroidery machines but the techniques that were used required a lot of steps that involved folding fabric and it took a long time to complete a block. We used a much simpler technique with these designs. The best part about crazy quilts are when they are complete you have a scene with a large icon in the center instead of just a quilt. Our tutorial contains an extensive guide that will demonstrate how to choose your fabrics, create a block and finish the quilt. In the finished wall hanging notice how the bands of fabric continue through the whole design even though they are done in different hoopings.

Every year we've created a new Christmas tile scene collection. We've released two Santa scenes, a Nativity and a winter scene; this season our tile scene is a traditional English Village in a Christmas setting. This collection took weeks to digitize, there are over 7,000 segments in the scene with a lot of hand shading and detail. If you collect our Christmas tile scenes then you are going love this one. This is an eight-block tile scene that comes in four file sizes. The sizes range from 8"x12" as the largest to 4.9" x 7.8" as the smallest size. You will notice on our sample we did not stitch any ribbons over the seams that join the blocks of this tile scene. This makes it a little more difficult because you will need to be more precise with your blocks. However, there is nothing wrong with adding ribbon and we show you how to add ribbon in the tutorial.

This collection has jolly Santas, whimsical angels and fun animals that would make any holiday project look adorable. Use more browns, peaches and lighter greens for a more country look. This is a great collection for pillows or a Christmas table runner.

This is a fun, fast and easy holiday project. Our Holiday Bookmarks collection has 12 Christmas designs, 5 Autumn designs and 3 Halloween designs. They are all created the same way, in your embroidery hoop! If you have never tried an in the hoop project before this is a great way to start. The bookmark is completed in the hoop with no sewing whatsoever, even the back is finished.

Hand embroidery has made a huge resurgence this year and with our Homespun Christmas collection we wanted to give you a hand embroidered applique look, except it will be done on your machine. The collection consists of traditional felt applique designs and running stitch designs. The felt designs are created using a blanket stitch technique with four layers of cotton thread. The four layers create a thick yarn like look and the use of a blanket stitch is a traditional hand technique. The process used to create the applique is very simple. The running stitch designs are unique as well; instead of a two-layered stitch they are created using seven layers for a thick beautiful look. They are also created using multiple colors so when you use them with the applique designs they coordinate beautifully. The project we created for this collection is a felt layered quilt. I"m sure you will love both the project and the techniques we used in these beautiful vintage Christmas designs.

We've already split the design for you, give you a template that you can print out & lay in your hoop for alignment purposes & instructions on how to piece the whole thing together after you're done stitching. Do you have some polar fleece or minky lying around with nothing to use it on? May we recommend the Polar Bears collection? This is a perfect time to use your polar fleece or minky in an applique design where it will look incredible. You'll have bears on skis, bears on skates, bears on sleighs & bears whom just plain love the snow.

We created this beautiful polar fleece quilt with our baby applique designs. There are twenty different Christmas designs offered in two different sizes. There is a large version for the jumbo hoop and a smaller version for the 5"x7" hoop. We used a technique called quilted applique when we created these designs and it is a fun and easy technique. The polar fleece quilt is also very fast and easy to do. The blocks for this quilt are 12 inches square since we created the project with the larger designs. You will need to adjust the block size if you decide to embroider the smaller versions. Instructions for the quilt and a lesson on how to create quilted applique is located on the CD-Rom in the Baby Tutorial.

In most parts of the country, just as you start to feel a little chill in the air, that's when we like to start quilting and working on those holiday projects! Good News! We have a collection that has you covered from autumn through December. This collection consists of 10 Halloween designs, 10 Autumn designs and last but least, 25 Christmas designs, all of which come in multiple sizes for a total of 135 designs. Create everything from quilts, to simple embellishments on place mats, napkins or holiday stockings. What better way to enjoy the changing of the seasons than with your Quilters Holiday collection!

There are 12 lovable reindeer in this collection. The designs come in two sizes each, one size for the 5"x7" hoop and one for the 6"x 10". These designs look great on clothing or decor projects such as quilts. We used brown craft felt for the reindeer applique on our project, but you can easily replace the felt with cotton or fake fur. Our projects for this collection are a simple quilt and two small sweatshirts. The quilt is created without piecing. We simply chose a large piece of fabric for our background, trimmed our embroidered blocks to the desired size and then trimmed the blocks with ribbon. This technique makes creating a quilt much easier. We used Christmas ribbons for our trim on the quilt and embellished the sweatshirts with glittery pom-poms and small jingle bells to give them a fun and festive look.

Santa knows how to travel in style, no taxis for him, they just don't have enough pizzazz. Santa's only mode of transportation has always been reindeer. Anita Goodesign has come to the rescue & provided a Reindeer Dangler with a Christmas bow & jingle bells ready to take flight onto your next embroidery project.

Santa Claus is a gentleman who needs no introduction. Get ready to do some fun appliques like Santa's mustache & beard, which we did in minky, but you can certainly use other fun materials, like polar fleece. Stitch out more then one set of mittens so you can give Santa a different look each year. All of our dangler are assembled using buttons & each disc comes with an easy to use tutorial to guide you through the process of assembly.

What does Santa do the rest of the year? You will find out when you embroider this collection. We designed a different Santa Claus for every day of the month. Each Santa comes three different ways, a large applique Santa for the 6"x10" hoop, a smaller applique version for the 5"x7" hoop and a stitched version for the 5"x7" hoop. We have also included a corresponding banner for each month of the year for you to further embellish your projects. For this project we created an interchangeable wall hanging. It is actually a simple quilt background but instead of stitching the Santa's directly to the fabric we stitched them on separate pieces of fabric and then buttoned them onto the quilt background. This way you can use the same background and switch the Santa's as the seasons change. If you have never created applique before don't be afraid to try, there is a Home Decor tutorial located in the tutorials folder on the CD-Rom. Our most popular tile scene ever was Santa's Ride that we created a few years ago. We've had numerous requests for additional Santa scenes so we created a classic scene of Santa on the night before Christmas delivering gifts under the Christmas tree. We wanted to create a real window scene for this one so we modeled the blocks after a classic window pattern. This collection has 9 rectangular blocks instead of the usual square blocks, this means less embroidering and sewing with the same wonderful end result! This is a 9 block tile scene that comes in three different sizes, a small size for the 5"x7" hoop a medium size for the 6"x10" hoop and a large size for the 7"x12" hoop.

Sleigh Ride is the follow-up collection to Floral Tile Scene. Both collections were created in the same fashion, using twelve separate embroidery designs to create one large scene. "Floral Tile" was such a huge hit that it was only natural for us to come out with another "scene" collection. Now we offer the scene in a third size for those of you with 6"x10" hoops. Welcome to the newest Snowman collection titled Snow Fun! We release a new Snowman collection each year and this year the theme is winter sports. There are Snowmen skiing and skating along with family designs, trees and other design elements to compliment them. Most of the designs are applique and we used ultra suede as the fabric of choice. Since we have been embroidering a lot of garments recently with our designs we decided to create two different snowmen garments, a denim shirt and a hooded sweatshirt.
